Refund policy

Products are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase. Except for defective or incorrectly shipped products, refunds or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

First, email us at: sales@rockwalldrill.com (shipments received without proper notification may not get refunded to the appropriate account).

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment.

Unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sellers liability is limited to the replacement parts only. Seller assumes no responsibility for parts plated or otherwise altered by the customer. Specialty plated items are final sale.
